ผลงานพญาผ้าซิ่นชุดนี้ถูกนำเสนอผ่าน “ลวดลาย” ในฐานะแก่นแท้ของความงามของพญาผ้าซิ่น ทุกเส้นไหมคือความทรงจำคนล้านนา ทุกลายคือความคิดที่ผ่านการทออย่างประณีต สะท้อนถึงสมดุล ความละเอียด และภูมิปัญญาที่สั่งสมจากอดีต ผ้าซิ่นจึงมิใช่เพียงเครื่องแต่งกาย หากแต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่เรื่องเล่าและรสนิยมทางศิลปะของล้านนาถูกถักทอผ่านคนรุ่นเก่า ผ่านแสง เงา และพื้นผิวในรูปแบบ Still Life เพื่อยกย่องถึงความงามที่เป็นจุดสูงสุดของล้านนา

This work is about Phaya Sinh. I keep coming back to the patterns—they feel like the heart of it. Each thread holds a bit of memory, and every motif comes from time and care in the weaving. You can see the balance in it, but it’s not forced. It just sits there, quietly. For me, the sinh isn’t just clothing. It carries stories, and a way of thinking that comes from older generations. I chose to photograph it as still life, focusing on light, shadow, and texture. Not to make it look grand, but to stay close to it—so its beauty can speak in its own way.
